Every Kimarie branch offers our full menu of services. Furthermore, all five branches are staffed by senior stylists with consistent service standards — so you can expect the same Kimarie quality wherever you go.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever stylists are free. However, we strongly recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time and stylist, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes. To reschedule or cancel, simply WhatsApp our Customer Service at 011-2144 6544 or call the branch you booked directly. Please give us at least a few hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to another guest.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
Please give the branch a quick call as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, although significant delays may require rescheduling depending on the day’s bookings.
Which services can I book online?
You can book all our core services online, including haircuts, Korean perms, balayage, hair colour, keratin treatment, rebonding, anti-frizz treatment, hair treatment, scalp treatment and hair growth treatment. For tailored consultations, please call the branch directly.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking online?
No deposit is required for standard appointments — you simply pay at the salon after your service. For longer chemical services such as keratin treatment, rebonding or hair colour, the branch may ask for a small deposit when confirming your booking.
